Microvolunteering

You want to get involved and give back to the community, but can’t fit another big commitment into your busy schedule? Then microvolunteering might just be the thing.
Microvolunteering is a small, bite-sized task or project, that is quick and easy to perform. For example, it only takes 30 minutes to do a bird count, and just four times a year (to cover the four seasons). You could check a trap line (including resetting and baiting) in about half an hour. Checking community traps (where there are generally just 3-5) can be done in 15-20 minutes.
