Visit Forest & Bird’s website or www.birdoftheyear.org.nz/ to place your vote. Please vote for the kōtare or kingfisher – which features on our logo. The kōtare is often seen on the peninsula as it lives on the coastal fringes of the Mahurangi Harbour.
